Position Overview

  We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Gardener to maintain and enhance our outdoor spaces. The ideal

  candidate will have a passion for horticulture and a strong work ethic.

  Key Responsibilities

  - Plant, maintain, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns

  - Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns regularly

  - Prune and trim hedges, trees, and shrubs

  - Water plants and monitor irrigation systems

  - Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed

  - Maintain garden beds and remove weeds

  - Install and maintain landscape features

  - Monitor plant health and diagnose diseases or pest problems

  - Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools

  - Keep outdoor areas clean and well-organized

  - Assist with seasonal planting and garden design

  - Maintain records of garden maintenance activities

  Required Qualifications

  - Proven experience as a gardener or in a similar role

  - Knowledge of plants, trees, and horticulture

  - Understanding of gardening techniques and equipment

  - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  - Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor

  - Attention to detail and pride in work quality

  - Valid driver's license (preferred)

  Desired Skills

  - Knowledge of organic gardening practices

  - Experience with landscape design

  - Familiarity with irrigation systems

  - Certification in horticulture or landscaping (preferred)

  - Ability to operate power tools and gardening machinery

  - Good communication skills

  - Problem-solving abilities

  Working Conditions

  - Full-time position

  - Outdoor work in all weather conditions

  - Physical demands include lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing

  - Flexible schedule may be required during peak seasons
